An Easy Way to Get Started

At Georgetown Family Orthodontics, we understand crazy schedules and how days (and sometimes weeks) slip past. Nagging questions sometimes don’t mesh with busy schedules, but that doesn’t mean you should ignore your concerns. That’s why we implemented the Virtual Consultation experience.

We offer this service free of charge to both patients and non-patients alike. We want to answer questions, help you understand your unique dental/orthodontic situation and start to come up with a plan before you take time out of your day for an appointment.

How Does It Work?

We hope it’s as easy (or easier) than ordering k-cups on Amazon! Just fill out the form below with your name and email address, upload a photo or two, and describe your situation or concern as best you can. You may be wondering if your smile can benefit from Invisalign (clear braces), or maybe you’ve had braces before and are concerned that your teeth have shifted. We think there’s no such thing as an insignificant question.

Upload, click “Submit”. That’s it! We’ll review your photos and get back to you quickly, usually within a day or two. 

A Few Important Details

If you have a traumatic injury or are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911 immediately. Our Virtual Consultation service obviously has limitations. No matter how awesome your iPhone camera skills are, we aren’t able to see everything and this service isn’t meant to provide a definitive diagnosis. Rather, it’s a great starting point and a big time saver.
